Procedures and Charges for Access to Information

Requests for information or records held by the bureau may be made by letter, e-form or application form obtainable from the Reception Counter of this Bureau or the Public Enquiry Service Centres of District Offices of the Home Affairs Department. The application form is also available for download by clicking here . The application should be addressed to:

Other than publications which are available free of charge, or at cost specified, the following photocopying charge will be levied :

Photocopying black and white on A3 or A4 size paper

HK$1.00 per copy unless otherwise provided by enactment or approved by the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury
